Crawler Excavator

The GT3000 excavator is a modern crawler machine designed for earthworks requiring good working reach, high digging force, and a stable structure. Thanks to its compact dimensions and solid undercarriage, it performs excellently in foundation excavations, installation works, municipal projects, and in areas with limited maneuvering space.

Engine

The machine is equipped with a reliable Yanmar 3TNV80F engine with a rated power output of 14.6 kW. This unit ensures stable and economical operation, adequate performance during intensive earthmoving works, and smooth operation at a swing speed of 13 rpm.

Working Range

The excavator features a 0.09 m³ bucket with a width of 460 mm. A bucket digging force of 17.6 kN enables efficient excavation even in more demanding soil conditions. A maximum digging depth of 2,810 mm and a maximum digging radius of 4,375 mm provide a wide working range without the need for frequent repositioning. A maximum digging height of 4,510 mm and a dumping height of 2,760 mm allow convenient loading of material onto transport vehicles.

Dimensions and Stability

The overall dimensions of the machine are 4,010 mm in length, 1,540 mm in width, and 2,360 mm in height to the top of the cab (1,380 mm to the top of the boom). A track ground contact length of 1,530 mm and a track gauge of 1,510 mm ensure stability during operation. A track shoe width of 250 mm and a low ground pressure of 26.7 kPa allow safe operation on less compacted terrain.

Mobility and Maneuverability

A rear swing radius of 710 mm allows comfortable operation in confined spaces. A swing frame width of 1,350 mm, along with adequate counterweight clearance of 485 mm and a minimum ground clearance of 255 mm, ensures efficient movement over uneven terrain. The solid undercarriage with a track length of 1,895 mm guarantees good traction and operational safety.
