The GT2500 excavator is a compact and efficient crawler machine with an operating weight of 2,420 kg, designed for earthworks, installation, and foundation tasks. Thanks to its optimal dimensions, strong digging force, and stable undercarriage, it performs perfectly both on smaller construction sites and in areas with limited maneuvering space.

Engine and Hydraulic System

The GT2500 model is equipped with a reliable Yanmar 3TNV80F engine with a power output of 14.7 kW, operating at a rated speed of 2200 rpm. This unit ensures stable, economical operation and sufficient dynamics during intensive earthmoving works. The maximum hydraulic system pressure of 18 MPa guarantees precise control and high attachment performance.

Working Range

The excavator achieves a maximum digging depth of 2,550 mm and a maximum digging height of 4,300 mm, enabling excavation for installations, foundations, and connection works. The dumping height of 2,530 mm allows convenient material loading. The maximum digging radius is 4,150 mm, and the radius at maximum height is 2,700 mm, ensuring a wide working range without frequent repositioning of the machine.

The machine generates a maximum digging force of 15 kN, while the traction force of 16 kN allows efficient movement in more demanding terrain conditions. A platform swing speed of up to 11 rpm ensures smooth and fast maneuvering during operation.

Undercarriage and Stability

The GT2500 is equipped with 250 mm wide tracks and a ground contact length of 1,870 mm, providing stability and good traction. A ground pressure of 35 kPa enables operation on less compacted terrain. The machine can handle slopes of up to 30°, and a maximum travel speed of 2.5–3.5 km/h ensures efficient movement around the construction site.

Dimensions and Maneuverability

The overall length of the excavator is 3,950 mm, width 1,400 mm, and height 2,300 mm. A platform width of 1,330 mm and a platform height of 480 mm above ground ensure a stable structure. The minimum turning radius of 790 mm allows comfortable operation in narrow spaces, while a ground clearance of 250 mm ensures safe travel over uneven terrain.

A boom length of 1,950 mm and arm length of 950 mm, combined with a 450 mm wide bucket, ensure precise earthmoving operations and high digging efficiency.
